You still get your own fully independent admin console either way — this only affects how your listing shows where you play.
New listings are reviewed before they appear in player search — a ₦15,000/month listing fee applies (paid by receipt upload once your account is created). You can set up sessions in the meantime, they just won't be publicly visible until approved.
